About The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Research & Development (R&D) Engineer to join our team, focusing on the development of cutting-edge devices. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, prototyping, and testing of new device technologies, as well as improving existing ones. Your work will be integral in advancing our product offerings and ensuring the highest levels of performance, reliability, and user experience. Ideal candidate should have experience in IOT Technology, Scale up, Device assembly, Engineering Management System etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and prototype new devices, components, or systems based on emerging technologies and market needs.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (hardware, software, mechanical, and manufacturing engineers) to ensure device designs are optimized for production and user needs.
• Perform rigorous testing, simulation, and validation of devices to meet performance, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Research industry trends and advancements to bring new and competitive device technologies into product lines.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations during development.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical, Mechatronics, or a related field); master’s degree preferred
