To support this momentum, they are hiring a commercially-minded partnerships leader to establish and grow their partner channel from scratch.


The Opportunity


Joining as Head of Partnerships, you will take ownership of the agency and technology partner programme — shaping it into a structured, scalable source of revenue. You will collaborate closely with teams across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product, holding clear accountability for both partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline. What You Will Be Doing


  • Own and drive the end-to-end partnerships strategy across both agency and technology partners, setting and delivering against quarterly targets that ladder up to broader business objectives
  • Map out the ideal partner landscape, establish how each partner type will be engaged, and take direct responsibility for the revenue those relationships generate
  • Proactively identify, evaluate, and bring on board new agency and technology partners — communicating the platform's value clearly and compellingly at every stage
  • Shepherd new partners through early deals and go-live moments, keeping relationships active and productive through regular pipeline reviews and touchpoints
  • Maintain a well-structured partner pipeline in CRM, producing accurate forecasts and performance updates on a consistent basis
  • Create and deliver enablement resources that set partners up for success — including playbooks, training sessions, and event programming
  • Bring the partner perspective inside the business, ensuring that feedback and market signals reach the right teams in Sales, Customer Success, and Product
  • Attend and contribute to relevant industry events as a visible representative of the business


Who We Are Looking For


  • Between 4 and 8 years of experience in B2B technology, with a meaningful focus on partnerships, alliances, or working within agency ecosystems
  • A solid understanding of how SaaS businesses go to market, combined with hands-on experience using CRM tools
  • Someone who executes with precision, holds themselves to a high standard, and measures success by outcomes rather than effort
  • A confident, clear communicator who can work effectively across multiple teams in a fast-moving environment
  • A self-starter with an ownership mentality — someone who identifies problems and fixes them rather than waiting to be directed
  • Resilient, driven, and genuinely excited about growing alongside a business that is scaling quickly
