Fintech AI/ML Product Manager

Our client, a fast-growing fintech company, is building next-generation digital products powered by AI and data-driven innovation.

To strengthen their strategic product organization, we are now seeking a Senior AI Technical Product Manager - a professional who can connect business vision with technical execution and drive real transformation.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product strategy, technology, and AI, and who wants to take ownership of initiatives that directly shape the company’s future.

Tasks

• Define, prioritize, and deliver AI-driven product initiatives end-to-end
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders - including the CEO - to translate business goals into actionable roadmaps
• Conduct process analysis, user research, and workshops to uncover innovation opportunities
• Lead Build vs. Buy evaluations and data-driven feasibility assessments
• Partner with AI and Engineering teams in an agile, fast-moving environment
• Define and monitor KPIs to ensure measurable business impact
• Act as the strategic link between business, data, and development

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner / Business Analyst in a tech-centric company
• Experience or solid understanding of AI/ML products and use cases
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile / Scrum / Kanban practices
• Proven stakeholder management skills - ability to communicate effectively with both business leaders and engineering teams
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset; confident in making data-based decisions
• Excellent command of English and Hungarian
• Self-driven, structured, and unafraid to challenge ideas constructively
