Brand & Customer Manager – Cardiovascular

This role is central to the successful commercialization and value delivery of cutting-edge cardiovascular therapies that address significant unmet medical needs and improve patient outcomes. You will shape and execute local strategy in close alignment with Global and Regional priorities, while driving excellence in cross-functional collaboration, customer engagement and compliant execution in a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement the local brand strategy for the cardiovascular portfolio, aligned with Global and Regional strategic direction.
- Adapt global and regional strategies, campaigns and materials to local market needs, ensuring compliance with internal SOPs, the ARPIM Code and applicable local regulations.
- Lead the design and execution of promotional and non-promotional marketing initiatives, including multichannel and omnichannel programs.
- Define, monitor and optimize KPIs to measure brand performance and campaign effectiveness.
- Own brand planning, lifecycle management and marketing budget planning.
- Identify, prioritize and address key opportunity spaces across the cardiovascular patient journey.
- Develop a deep understanding of the cardiovascular healthcare ecosystem.
- Lead customer segmentation, targeting and positioning strategies based on insights and data.
- Design and implement customer solutions that address unmet needs and drive meaningful behavior change.
- Conduct regular field visits to gather insights and strengthen customer partnerships.
- Proactively lead and collaborate with Sales, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory and Digital teams.
- Act as the single point of contact for brand-related topics within the cardiovascular franchise.
- Ensure alignment between brand strategy and field execution.
- Work in close partnership with Medical Affairs.
- Support Scientific Leader (KOL) engagement plans.
- Participate in scientific congresses and educational initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, SOPs, the ARPIM Code and Romanian legislation.
- Ensure all activities are aligned with internal MLR processes.
- University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Economics or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the cardiovascular therapeutic area.
- Proven experience in pharma marketing or brand management.
- Strong understanding of the cardiovascular disease area and healthcare systems.
- Strong analytical and strategic skills.
- Fluency in English.
