Role Description
The Account Manager will drive customer success by serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth implementation and use of SNFClinic's platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, providing ongoing support and training, delivering product demos, resolving customer inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams for client success. The role also requires analyzing client needs to recommend tailored solutions and identifying opportunities for product and service optimization. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Carlsbad, CA.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship-building and client management skills, with a dedication to customer service excellence
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving
- Experience in onboarding and training clients on digital platforms or systems
- Organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts
- Familiarity with the healthcare or long-term care industry is highly desirable
- Ability to assess client needs, adapt solutions, and provide tailored recommendations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in eLMS platforms, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
