Role Overview
Lead Product Manager for our client's Originations product lane, owning the end-to-end product vision and roadmap for digital lending experiences across desktop, mobile, and branch channels. High-visibility role with direct impact on millions of customers.
Must-have Skills
- 5–7 years of product management or product ownership experience in digital platforms or customer communication technology
- Experience with messaging systems, communication platforms, or customer engagement tools
- Strong track record partnering with engineering on platform development and system integrations
- Solid understanding of data flows across systems and how they support customer interactions
- Ability to translate business needs and customer journeys into scalable product capabilities
- Proven ability to operate independently and deliver initiatives end-to-end
- Experience building platform solutions used across multiple lines of business
- Agile operating model experience — Jira and Confluence proficiency required
- Analytical mindset: turns data findings into executable plans
- Proficient in writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
- Exposure to AI-enabled or automated communication systems
- Financial services or regulated industry background
- Track record of independently driving initiatives from concept through delivery
- Ability to influence in a matrixed environment
- Strong executive-level written and verbal communication
- Own and manage the product roadmap using BI, VOC, and analytics to prioritize epics and user stories
- Lead discovery with internal stakeholders to build a high-value product plan
- Partner with analytics and BI to analyze customer behavior and identify gaps and opportunities
- Collaborate with UX to ensure design thinking and best practices are embedded in all customer-facing work
- Measure and optimize against key metrics; run A/B tests to continuously improve experience
- Present roadmaps and product plans to cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership
- Partner with business and technology leaders to align technical feasibility with business needs
