TalentCo are thrilled to be partnering with a fast-growing, VC-backed SaaS business providing data and intelligence solutions to some of the most sophisticated players in the energy sector.
As a Senior Account Manager, you will own a mixed portfolio of strategic accounts across Europe, with full accountability for retention, expansion, and long-term client health. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially sharp relationship-builder who wants to make a genuine impact in the clean energy space.
We're looking for someone with experience in strategic account management within SaaS, data, or market intelligence, with a demonstrable track record of growing a complex book of business.
As Senior Account Manager you will:
- Own net revenue retention across your portfolio, with clear accountability for renewal rates and expansion targets
- Develop and execute account plans for each strategic client, identifying growth opportunities and risks at every stage
- Lead commercial negotiations on renewals and upsells across multi-stakeholder processes
- Build and maintain senior and executive-level relationships across your accounts
- Represent the voice of the customer back into the business, feeding insight to senior leadership and product teams
We want to hear from you if:
- You have 5 + years in strategic account management, ideally in SaaS, data, or market intelligence
- You can point to specific examples of retention and expansion you have personally driven
- You are credible and confident managing senior and executive-level stakeholders
- You have some familiarity with European energy markets or renewables
