Divisional Finance Head

Our client is an international producer and system supplier across diverse industries, enhancing sustainability and efficiency of production processes globally.

Aufgabengebiet

The Divisional Finance Head will be part of the MT of the division, be in addition an advisor and co-pilot in commercial matters and strategic decision-making. Managing full P&L responsibility of the division, furthermore:

• Lead the finance team across accounting & controlling (IFRS), compliance, risk management and IT
• Drive rolling forecast, budget and strategic planning processes
• Develops a high-performing global finance organization, ensuring robust governance, value-oriented financial steering and establish scalable functional process excellence
• Focus on cost improvement programs
• Transformation / optimization of SAP system and focus on automation / digitalization of financial processes
• Establish forward-looking performance management based on KPIs substantiated by defined actions plans with equally balanced focus on growth and cost discipline
• Active management of investments and net working capital

• A master's degree in finance, Economics or equivalent
• Several years of relevant professional experience in finance leadership role (>25fte) within a matrix structure
• Proven track record within the industrial manufacturing sector
• Experience in project management or in a project-driven business environment (steering, controlling, POC accounting)
• Strive for excellence and drive for the better, paired with decisiveness and hands-on solution-oriented mentality
• Experience in implementing an SAP system and/or digitalization / automation of financial processes
• Fluent in English, Dutch or German is a nice to have
• Willingness to travel up to 20%
