About This Position What you´ll do
- Drive profitable growth as a key contributor within global and regional cross-functional teams
- Own and nurture relationships with key accounts across Europe within the Medical, Power & Industrial automation, Data Telecom and Wind industry
- Serve as the primary contact for your customers
- Shape and implement strategic account plans using data-driven insights to drive long-term success
- Lead cross-functional projects that deliver sustainable value.
- Facilitate collaboration across international customer sites and internal teams
- Drive pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and ensure commercial alignment
- Organize and lead customer engagement events such as Sustainability Workshops, Tech Days, and Application Trainings
- University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electronics) or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in adhesives industry, ideally in Sales with customer-focused approach
- Proven project management and self-organization skills combined with excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Fluent German and English skills, very good French skills are beneficial
