Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and operate enterprise-grade backend infrastructure supporting critical business platforms. This role focuses on compute, storage, and virtualization infrastructure, and partners closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient solutions. You will play a hands-on role across solution design,implementation, and automation, contributing directly to the stability and modernization of our infrastructure environment.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with IT and business teams to evaluate requirements and design infrastructure solutions that meet performance, availability, and security standards
• Design and implement infrastructure solutions across server, storage, virtualization, and VDI platforms
• Develop and enhance automation and deployment workflows to improve efficiency and consistency
• Create, maintain, and improve system documentation, standards, and runbooks
• Contribute to the definition and adoption of infrastructure standards for both new and existing technologies
• Participate in a high‑availability environment requiring strong ownership and follow‑through

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong foundational knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies, including networking, hardware, and virtualization
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced environment
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Proven ability to remain calm and effective during high‑pressure or incident scenarios
• Self‑starter mindset with a strong sense of accountability from issue identification through resolution

The expected base salary ranges from $111k-$155k. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
