SVP-Financial Planning & Analysis-Insurance

Highly reputable Global Insurance firm headquartered in New York is in search of a head of financial planning and analysis that will lead the finance function for the organization. The role will be a strong business partner to operational heads and understand the financial nuances of each organization. This leader will transform the finance team as it continues to grow and scale for its growth as they undergo additional acquisitions or other growth initiatives. The role will be responsible for implementing a strong operational framework which include short term and long term planning, performance monitoring and KPIs, and a strong business analytics platform for strategic finance initiatives. This is a highly visible role that will have a direct reporting line to the CFO and other C-level executives.

Successful candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of progressive experience within the insurance industry, preferably. Strong leadership and communication skills that will impact change and demonstrated experience in implementing operational excellence through workflow efficiency, technology and talent management.
