Payroll Specialist - Up to $100,000 + Bonus - Hybrid, CT
We’re working with a growing company that is hiring a Payroll Specialist to support Payroll operations and play a key role in their Workday Implementation!
You will be responsible for high-volume payroll, ensuring accuracy across all payments and deductions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process weekly payroll in partnership with the Payroll Supervisor
- Review payroll data for accuracy, including wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with payroll policies and regulations
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies
Role Requirements:
- 4+ years of payroll experience
- Experience with Workday, ADP, Paylocity, or similar system
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws and compliance requirements
- Experience with Workday is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided if you haven't used Workday before
- Excel skills
