- Revenue Integrity
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Strategy
- Identify and source new prospects
- Build and execute territory plans to maximize coverage and opportunity generation
- Engage decision-makers across healthcare ecosystems to uncover and qualify opportunities
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and challenges
- Develop tailored proposals showcasing innovative, value-driven solutions
- Articulate service offerings with clarity, demonstrating measurable business impact
- Collaborate with clients to solve workforce and operational challenges creatively
- Create and maintain pipeline to effectively ensure targets are met
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams
- Ensure successful delivery of services and client satisfaction
- Establish long-term partnerships through trust, insight, and consistent value
- Proven experience (2 years) recruiting for healthcare RCM functions in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Sourced, screened, and placed candidates for positions such as Medical Coders (ICD-10/CPT), Billing Specialists and AR Follow-Up Representatives.
- Partnered with clients to understand RCM workflows, compliance requirements, and role-specific skill sets, ensuring high-quality candidate matches.
- Excellent communication (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
- Self-directed with a strong drive to exceed goals
- Coachable and eager to learn, with a “thirst for knowledge”
- Highly accountable with a focus on performance metrics
- Open to feedback and continuous improvement
- Strong negotiation skills
