As a structured products research analyst, you'll conduct research analysis on structured products related securities and support the research efforts and portfolio construction of a portfolio manager. In this role, you’ll work closely with portfolio managers on security research and valuation, while following market and security developments.

Must-have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of six years of relevant work experience
  • OR a master's degree or higher, with at least four years of relevant work experience

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of fixed income, bond math, yield curve dynamics, accounting, and structured bond fundamentals
  • Knowledge of Intex software and analytical tools
  • Ability to independently conduct fixed income research; analysis may focus on individual securities, sectors and the management and analysis of large data sets
  • Knowledge and understanding to make buy/sell recommendations
  • Structured products experience across one or more of the following sub-sectors (ABS/MBS/CMBS/CLO)

Compensation

  • Base: $150,000 - $200,000/year depending on position level and experience
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 60% - 70% (depending on position level) of your eligible earnings based on company performance and experience
  • Participation in our restricted stock units plan
