A world-class quantitative trading firm is hiring a Desktop Support Engineer to support and enhance their high-performance trading and enterprise environment from their New York office.
You’ll work closely with top-tier engineers across the business, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across critical systems.
🔧 What you’ll do:
• Set up, maintain & support workstations, servers & conference room systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a mission-critical environment
• Support Windows environments and enterprise infrastructure
• Work across a fast-paced, high-calibre global tech team
What they’re looking for:
✔️ 4+ years’ experience in Systems Engineering / System Administration
✔️ Strong PowerShell skills
✔️ Windows 10 support & configuration experience
✔️ Active Directory & Group Policy knowledge
✔️ Strong passion for technology and problem-solving mindset
➕ Bonus: Linux experience
