The long-term vision is to position the brand at the intersection of apparel, wearable technology, outdoor performance, and intelligent thermal systems.

Product development, heating-system architecture, manufacturing coordination, sourcing, and backend operational execution are currently managed from India by the founder.

The global demand for functional apparel, wearable heating technology, outdoor performance wear, and smart textiles continues to grow rapidly across North America and Europe. SPARK AEKON™ aims to establish itself as a globally scalable heated apparel and wearable technology brand within these expanding markets.

Beyond current heated apparel development, SPARK AEKON™ is also pursuing future R&D directions involving intelligent heating systems, adaptive thermal management, and AI-assisted wearable technology aimed at redefining next-generation cold-weather apparel.

Patent-backed heating-system innovation and future expansion roadmap discussions can be explored during strategic conversations.

Role Description

This is a strategic Co-Founder-level leadership opportunity for an entrepreneurial individual based in the United States or Germany who is interested in helping build a global heated apparel and wearable technology company from an early stage.

The selected Co-Founder will lead international business expansion, fundraising efforts, strategic partnerships, investor communication, sales growth, market positioning, and long-term business development initiatives for SPARK AEKON™ across Western markets.

The India-based founder will continue leading product innovation, heating-system development, manufacturing coordination, sourcing, backend operations, and execution management.

This role is best suited for someone with strong business development capability, investor access, startup leadership experience, apparel/outdoor industry exposure, or international scaling experience who is interested in building a scalable international brand with long-term equity potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SPARK AEKON™ expansion initiatives in the United States or Germany

• Build investor and fundraising relationships

• Develop strategic retail, distribution, licensing, or partnership opportunities

• Support international brand positioning and growth strategy

• Assist with company structuring and market expansion planning

• Coordinate with founder and India-based manufacturing/operations teams

• Explore collaborations within apparel, outdoor, winterwear, sports, or wearable-tech sectors

• Contribute toward long-term scalability and international market penetration

• Help establish operational and strategic presence within target international markets

• Identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and investor networks aligned with the brand vision

Ideal Candidate

• Entrepreneurial and founder-oriented mindset

• Experience in fundraising, startup scaling, apparel, outdoor products, wearable technology, consumer brands, or international business development

• Strong networking and relationship-building ability

• Comfortable operating in early-stage startup environments

• Based in the United States or Germany preferred

• Strategic thinker with execution capability

• Interested in long-term equity growth rather than short-term employment

• Prior startup, investor, retail, fashion, or international expansion exposure is valuable

• Strong communication and partnership-building capability

• Ability to operate independently while collaborating cross-functionally with international teams
