Are you ready to make a difference in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? As an Account Coordinator at Gallagher, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the success of marketing projects that drive meaningful impact for our clients. You’ll be the bridge between creative teams and marketing partners, helping deliver high-quality solutions that align with their goals.

How You'll Make An Impact

  • Lead marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines are met and deliverables exceed expectations.
  • Build strong relationships with marketing partners, understanding their needs and advocating for creative solutions that drive results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns across design, web production, social media, and more.
  • Ensure clarity and alignment by validating project requirements, managing briefs, and maintaining open communication throughout the process.
  • Support the Account Manager in maintaining seamless communication and delivering exceptional service to marketing partners.
  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance workflows and implement best practices.

About You

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional results. You’ll bring:

  • Experience: At least 3 years in account management within marketing or agency settings, with a strong understanding of creative and integrated teams.
  • Skills: Proficiency in enterprise project management tools (Adobe Workfront preferred) and the ability to craft detailed work plans for multi-channel campaigns.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written English skills to collaborate effectively across global teams.
  • Mindset: A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change.
  • Values: A commitment to inclusion, teamwork, and delivering solutions that make a difference.
