- Support the Account Manager in maintaining seamless communication and delivering exceptional service to marketing partners.
- Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance workflows and implement best practices.
- Experience: At least 3 years in account management within marketing or agency settings, with a strong understanding of creative and integrated teams.
- Skills: Proficiency in enterprise project management tools (Adobe Workfront preferred) and the ability to craft detailed work plans for multi-channel campaigns.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written English skills to collaborate effectively across global teams.
