Als Country Manager DACH, verantwortest du profitables Wachstum in der gesamten DACH‑Region – mit klarem Fokus auf:

  • 🇩🇪 Deutschland: Ownership der Distributor‑Partnerschaft inkl. Joint Business Planning und Performance Reviews
  • 🇨🇭 Schweiz: Direkte Führung zentraler Retail‑Kunden (Listungen, Pricing, Promotions, Konditionen)
  • 🇦🇹 Österreich: Marktentwicklung und Ausbau von Distribution und Markenpräsenz

📍 Standort: Deutschland (Homeoffice innerhalb Deutschlands) mit regelmäßigen Reisen innerhalb der DACH‑Region

📊 Reporting line: Sales Director Europe

  • Steuerung von profitablem Wachstum (Volume/Value), Trading Margin und „Must‑Win“-Initiativen
  • Sicherstellung exzellenter DAVP‑Umsetzung (Distribution, Availability, Visibility, Promotion)
  • Analyse von Markt‑, Wettbewerbs‑ und Performance‑Daten sowie Forecast‑ und Promo‑Steuerung

Dein Profil

  • Nachweisliche kommerzielle Erfahrung in FMCG / Beverages / Wine & Spirits
  • Erfahrung im Arbeiten mit Distributoren und/oder Handels­kunden
  • Stark in Analyse, Verhandlung, Stakeholder‑Management und Kommunikation
  • Deutsch und Englisch fließend
  • Unternehmerisches, eigenständiges Mindset
  • Führerschein erforderlich (regelmäßige Marktbesuche)

Are you commercially driven, confident leading distributor partnerships, and ready to take full ownership of a DACH region? Then this could be your next move.

The role

As Country Manager DACH, you will drive profitable growth across the DACH region, with a particular focus on:

  • 🇩🇪 Germany: Full ownership of the distributor partnership, including joint business planning and performance reviews
  • 🇨🇭 Switzerland: Direct leadership of key retail customer relationships (listings, pricing, promotions, commercial terms)
  • 🇦🇹 Austria: Market development and expansion opportunities

📍 Location: Germany (home‑based within Germany) with regular DACH travel

📊 Reporting to: Sales Director Europe

Your impact

  • Deliver volume, value and margin growth across the region
  • Drive best‑in‑class DAVP execution (Distribution, Availability, Visibility, Promotion)
  • Track market trends, promotional effectiveness and commercial performance

About you

  • Proven commercial experience in FMCG / Beverages / Wine & Spirits
  • Strong background working with distributors and/or retail customers
  • Commercially astute, analytical and confident influencing senior stakeholders
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Entrepreneurial, self‑sufficient working style
  • Driving licence required
