GS Group are supporting our client hire a Senior Director to lead the design and tape-out of semiconductor chips.
Experience Required:
- Expertise in high-speed analog design for optical interface applications
- Success delivering tape-outs of high-speed analog drivers
- Strong experience with SerDes architectures and advanced-node CMOS technologies
- 12+ years of experience in semiconductor design and development
- Can lead and drive full-chip development activities from concept through execution
- Hands-on ownership of high-speed post-silicon characterization and validation
