Job Title: Packaging Executive

Experience: 2–3 Years

Location: Juinagar (T-2)

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Packaging Executive with 2–3 years of experience to manage packaging procurement activities, coordinate with vendors, and support new part development. The role requires hands-on experience with SAP, strong follow-up skills, and proficiency in basic Excel and professional email communication.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP

Coordinate and follow up with vendors to ensure timely supply and quality compliance

Support vendor development and maintain strong supplier relationships

Assist in new packaging part development in collaboration with vendors and internal teams

Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and documentation

Maintain accurate records and reports using SAP and Excel

Communicate effectively with internal departments and external vendors via email

Ensure adherence to company procurement and packaging standards

Required Skills

Working knowledge of SAP (PO creation and tracking)

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Strong written communication skills (professional email writing)

Vendor coordination and follow-up capabilities

Understanding of packaging materials and development processes

Good organizational and time-management skills

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Supply Chain, Packaging, or related field)

2–3 years of relevant experience in procurement or packaging coordination
