- Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers
- Write repair orders, build estimates, and communicate services clearly
- Dispatch work to technicians and manage shop workflow
- Manage and prioritize both customer vehicles and inventory vehicles
- Source, price, and order parts through multiple vendors and systems
- Track parts status and work in progress to keep jobs moving
- Maintain communication with customers, technicians, and management
- Upsell services in a professional, customer-focused manner
- Ensure accurate billing, records, and daily service activity
- Experience as a Service Advisor, Service Manager, or Parts Specialist
- Strong automotive and parts sourcing knowledge
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to set priorities and manage multiple projects
