Overview

Connexa has partnered with a growing manufacturer in the Greater Bend area who is seeking a Human Resources Manager. This is a PE-backed organization that is scaling quickly and looking to add top talent to their team. This will be a high impact role that provides the opportunity to create and drive the HR department at multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Direct oversight of HR functions for 2-3 manufacturing locations
• Supports 100+ employees across all sites
• This role will report directly to the Corporate HR leadership team
• Responsible for all facets of HR from day to day tactical operations to building out and executing strategic initiatives
• As this is a growing organization, talent strategy and acquisition will be a piece to this role
• Coaches and collaborates with plant management on performance management and employee relations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
• Manufacturing experience highly preferred
