Role DescriptionLTT Partners is hiring a high-output Account Executive to help grow our B2B technology sales team.
This is a full-time sales role for a proven B2B seller who knows how to prospect, build relationships, manage opportunities, and close. You will be responsible for driving new business across LTT’s core solution areas.
The ideal candidate is competitive, organized, coachable, and comfortable selling technology solutions to business owners, executives, IT leaders, facilities leaders, operations teams, and multi-site organizations.
Responsibilities- Identify, prospect, and develop new B2B sales opportunities
- Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close
- Conduct discovery to understand customer needs, pain points, goals, and existing technology environment
- Present tailored technology solutions across LTT’s core offerings
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and sales presentations
- Collaborate with internal design, installation, implementation, and support teams
- Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and forecasting records
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of creating pipeline and closing new business
- Experience selling technology, SaaS, telecom, MSP, networking, fleet, infrastructure, channel, or physical security solutions preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and position the right solution
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Strong organizational skills and disciplined pipeline management
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, not required
- Familiarity with channel sales, technology partnerships, or reseller models
- Experience selling to multi-site organizations
- Comfort selling across multiple technology categories
