About The Role
As MarCom Manager, you will be part of the Marketing & Communication team in a central function, defining and implementing MSIG Europe’s corporate communication strategy across European markets. Based at our Brussels headquarters, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and local teams to ensure consistent, impactful, and engaging messaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute MSIG Europe’s corporate communications and marketing initiatives
- Create and coordinate content for internal and external channels (press releases, digital platforms, thought leadership, internal communications)
- Ensure consistent messaging, tone, and brand positioning across Europe
- Support campaigns, events, and engagement initiatives with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain and update the company website and intranet, ensuring content is accurate and engaging
- Monitor industry and media trends to identify opportunities
- Support reporting and performance tracking of communication and marketing activities
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in communications and marketing (corporate, B2B, or professional services)
- Fluent Dutch and English, good understanding of French
- Experience in an international or pan-European environment
- Ability to develop creative content (articles, infographics, videos, digital assets)
- Knowledge of the insurance market is a plus
- Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills
