Position Overview
The Springs at Happy Valley is currently seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Director to lead our vibrant senior living community! The Springs at Happy Valley has 210 beautiful homes, including 104 independent living, 74 assisted living, and 32 memory care apartments for our residents to live life to its fullest, all overseen by the Executive Director, who will report to the Regional Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Assures compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Assures adherence to community budget
- Assures a stable staff of optimal quantity and quality, by recruiting, hiring, supervising, evaluating, counseling, and, if necessary, terminating employees
- Assures all employees consistently educated and trained, including fulfilling any federal and/or state regulations, through new employee orientation and regular education and training classes
- Assures service needs of all residents consistently identified, through initial contact, initial screening, and subsequent evaluation processes
- Assures service needs of all residents consistently addressed, through development and implementation of service plans
- Assures adherence to all department systems, so that the mission and goals of each department is reached
- Assures resident, employee, or physical plant problems that arise after usual business hours addressed promptly and effectively
- Complete monthly financial variance reports in a timely manner
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Knowledge of assisted living, memory care and independent living regulations
- Current ALF/RCF Administrator license preferred
- 5+ years of experience as a senior living Executive Director, in large community
- Experience managing multiple departments and competing priorities
