- Documented experience across multiple phases of the Systems Engineering Lifecycle to include requirements analysis, preliminary design, detailed design, integration and test, verification and sell off and transition to production

The Work
As a key member of our Systems Engineering team, you will:
- Plan and coordinate technical strategies for system integration, verification, validation, cost, risk, supportability, and effectiveness across the entire product lifecycle.
- Conduct analyses at every phase—including concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal—to ensure comprehensive system performance.
- Translate customer or product requirements into integrated system solutions while balancing technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
- Analyze detailed trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition studies to convert requirements into precise hardware and software specifications.

Desired Skills
- Experience working in an Agile methodology development environment using frameworks like Scrum and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Experience with Requirement management tools (DOORS Legacy and/or Next, Microsoft Excel)
- Experience with SysML Tools (Rhapsody, Enterprise Architect, Cameo)
- Working knowledge of the System-Level Requirement Lifecycle (generation, decomposition, verification)
- Experience with High Fidelity Simulation, entry level understanding of software development methodologies
- Experience with Avionics, EW or Operational Flight Programs (OFPs) / Sensors either in a real world or simulated environment
- Active secret clearance
Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
