Are you a highly organized professional who loves being the go-to problem solver in a busy, dynamic environment? We are looking for an Office Program Coordinator to serve as the welcoming face and key part of our operational support team.
In this role, you will be the vital link connecting our students, faculty, and staff. You will use your critical thinking skills and adaptability to keep our programs running smoothly--- whether you are helping a student navigate their day, onboarding new faculty members, or coordinating departmental budgets and travel.
We need a self-motivated, dependable multitasker who thrives on bringing order to complex processes. While ensuring compliance with college policies and state regulations is a key part of the job, your ultimate goal is to create a supportive, efficient, and professional environment for everyone who walks through our doors.
Our dynamic programs include everything from Accounting, Business, and Computer Information Systems to Culinary Arts, Horticulture, Photography, and Construction Management.
This is a classified position reporting to the Administrative Services Manager for the School of Business, Entrepreneurship, and Professional Education.

## **Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**
### Student, Faculty & Visitor Support
- Provide front office administrative support including welcoming and assisting students, staff and visitors; answering a multi-line phone system, providing directions, answering questions, and scheduling appointments.
- Work and interact effectively and collaboratively with faculty, staff, external partners, and students from diverse backgrounds.
