We are looking for a

Medior Business Analyst

Belgrade

As an experienced Business Analyst, you are responsible for collecting customer requirements, identifying their needs and challenges and defining functional and nonfunctional specifications, as an input to software development process. As primary contact with customer business experts, you understand their processes and business needs and how to provide them with the best possible solutions. In tight cooperation with the development team, you monitor development process and ensure that requirements and customer expectations are fully implemented.

You will be taking part in presales processes, meeting with customer representatives, analyzing requirements, holding presentations and delivering required documents.

Job Description

• Collecting requirements from business stakeholders and technical teams
• Conducting workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions to define business needs
• Analyzing business processes and translating them into functional requirements
• Creating business requirements, functional specifications documents, user epics and stories
• Developing process flow diagrams and designing user interface
• Taking part in demos, presentations, meetings and creation of proposals
• Testing of developed solutions in order to verify client requirements and meet client expectations

Requirements

• University degree in IT, Engineering, Management or Economics
• 3+ years of experience as a business analyst on software development projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Proficiency in both oral and written English and Serbian

Nice to have

• Certification in business analysis, such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar
• Experience as Business Analyst in complex projects in Public Administration in Serbia
• Experience as Business Analyst in projects by international donors and creditors, such as World Bank, EU, EBRD, etc.
• Experience with BPMN and BPMN tools, such as Bizagi, MS Visio, or similar
• Experience with mockup tools, such as Figma, MockPlus, or similar
