EuroDev is looking for an experienced and motivated Finance Manager to join their international team based in Belgrade, Serbia.

As a Finance Manager within the HRO unit, you will work closely with the Finance Consultants and play a key role in managing the financial administration and reporting processes for European entities operating across the continent. This position offers the opportunity to combine operational finance responsibilities with team leadership and process improvement in a dynamic international environment.
You will be based in EuroDev’s modern office in central Belgrade. At EuroDev, we work alongside colleagues from over 28 nationalities in an open, ambitious, and collaborative atmosphere.
YOUR ROLE
- Manage the Finance & Accounting department and oversee daily activities within the Belgrade office
- Ensure compliance with local payroll, financial, and accounting regulations
- Monitor financial performance and proactively report deviations and insights to management
- Recognize signals of business growth and support strategic financial planning
- Provide training and guidance to Financial Consultants
- Improve and optimize finance-related processes
- Facilitate collaboration between corporate and HRO finance teams
YOU ARE
- Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Bringing at least 5 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping
- Having minimum 3 years of management experience leading mid-sized teams
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive
- Comfortable working in an international environment
- Experienced within a European organization (considered a plus)
- Familiar with salary administration/payroll processes (considered a plus)
