Role Description
We are seeking an Inbound Sales Representative who is fluent in English. Proficiency in language is essential for this role, as you will be providing support to our diverse customer base. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service and possess strong communication skills, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to inbound sales inquiries from companies
- Checking inventory and fulfilling orders
- Informing customers about pricing and entering orders into processing systems
- Reaching out to potential clients to promote products and services
- Managing and nurturing relationships with existing business clients
- Identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Joining calls with outside sales and dealing with multiple accounts and jobs simultaneously
- Achieving personal target and working to achieve team targets
- Work shift: Monday to Friday, from 14:00 to 22:00
Knowledge and skills
- Excellent customer care skills
- Be a professional ambassador or both The DDC Group and our client
- Be clear and friendly on the telephone, actively listening and speaking confidently
- Good teamwork skills and the ability to work within a fast - paced environment
- A professional attitude when dealing with customers
- Flexible and adaptable
- A genuine passion for helping others
- Ability to work to targets
- Be comfortable with computers & tech
- Proven experience/evidence in understanding and interpreting written documents in English
- Written and verbal knowledge of English (C1)
- Previous experience in Sales is an advantage
