Vice President – Infrastructure & Cybersecurity (MEA)

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Vice President – Infrastructure & Cybersecurity to lead and scale our Infrastructure, Cloud, Managed Services, and Cybersecurity practice across the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute the MEA Infrastructure & Cybersecurity growth strategy aligned with the company’s 3-year regional expansion plan.
• Drive revenue growth across cloud, infrastructure, managed services, and cybersecurity portfolios.
• Develop and expand recurring revenue streams through managed services offerings.
• Establish and lead the Infrastructure & Cybersecurity practice across MEA.
• Build scalable delivery and operational capabilities.
• Lead development of SOC/NOC and managed security services capabilities.
• Drive cloud transformation and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
• Build strategic relationships with hyperscalers, OEMs, and cybersecurity vendors.
• Collaborate with centralized Sales & GTM organization to support large enterprise opportunities.
• Own practice-level P&L performance and profitability.

Required Experience

• 12–18+ years of experience in Infrastructure, Cloud, Managed Services, or Cybersecurity domains.
• Proven experience leading regional IT services or cybersecurity practices.
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, cloud ecosystems, and managed services models.
• Experience in building and scaling SOC/NOC operations.
• Strong exposure to GCC enterprise customers and regional market dynamics.
• Strong business development and stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• Relevant cloud and cybersecurity certifications are advantageous.
• Strong network within GCC enterprise and technology ecosystem.
