About the job:
As a Coordinator Product Development Strategy & Project Management, you will lead and coordinate the project team and all phases of projects for the development of new or existing products, with the aim of creating a product aligned with the defined quality profile, budget, timelines, and its intended use.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the development team that will define the product development plan, including technical, patent, clinical, and regulatory assessment
- Managing projects for the development of new or existing products with the aim of creating a product aligned with the defined quality profile, budget, timelines, and its intended use
- Developing technical expertise in all relevant areas of product development, such as formulation development, manufacturing process, packaging, analytical and stability development, as well as in key regulatory processes and documentation
- Reporting on project milestones, risks, budget, and other relevant project information
- Creating and reviewing project documentation related to pharmaceutical product development and relevant parts of the registration dossier
- Monitoring new professional and scientific literature
- Preparing budgets and managing costs related to development projects
- Drafting and reviewing local or global standard operating procedures and work instructions
- Ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures, including safety, GMP, and GCP requirements
- University degree in pharmacy, technology, or chemistry, with at least 3 years of work experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, especially in product development, manufacturing, or quality, or experience in preparing the quality part of registration documentation
- Experience in leading teams, projects, and processes is a plus!
- High level of written and verbal communication in English language
- Strong technical background, as well as communication and organizational skills
- Advanced use of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- This position requires coming to Vršac at least twice a week.
