Shipping and Receiving Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shipping and Receiving Specialist located in Midland, TX. The role involves managing the shipping and receiving of goods, packing, inventory control, unloading shipments, and operating forklifts. The specialist will ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are accurately documented, organized, and executed in a timely manner while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

• Experience with Shipping & Receiving and Packing processes
• Strong skills in Inventory Control for accurate stock management
• Ability to perform Unloading tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in Forklift Operation and certification is a plus
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple shipments
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
