Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Retail Shift Lead role based in Beaumont, TX. The Retail Shift Lead will oversee daily operations of retail foodservice outlets, ensuring quality, efficiency, and excellent customer service. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing inventory, coordinating schedules, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and addressing customer needs and concerns. The role requires active communication with team members and collaboration with management to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills, including experience supervising, mentoring, and training staff.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage schedules, inventory, and daily operations efficiently.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a focus on ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving issues effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards, as well as the ability to maintain a clean and compliant work environment.
- Adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to challenges in a fast-paced setting.
- Previous food service or hospitality industry experience is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in food safety or management are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
