Accounts Payable Specialist (Contract-to-Hire)
Manufacturing Industry | Onsite - Montebello, CA

A global leader in responsibly sourced, sustainably processed down insulation is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their accounting team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity.

Location: Montebello, CA 90640 (onsite)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $22-$25/hour
Start: ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle accounts payable processing
• Invoice review, coding, and reconciliation
• Vendor communication and issue resolution
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments
• Support accounting team with deadline-driven tasks

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of accounts payable experience (manufacturing preferred)
• Experience with Sage and Excel; Sage 100 strongly preferred
• Highly deadline-driven and self-motivated
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
