Experience in risk identification and management

Strong critical thinking skills and ability to see and support the big picture while managing small picture details

Job Description

You will be the Transition to Production Program Manager for the Production Program Management team. Our team is responsible for the successful execution of configuration changes and cut‑ins into production of an Air Dominance weapon system.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Transition to Production Program Manager you will lead cross‑functional teams to plan, validate, and execute configuration cut‑in activities across multiple sites and suppliers, ensuring continuous production support without stoppages.

Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Validate engineering concepts and cut‑in feasibility.
  • Develop detailed project plans and schedules.
  • Execute production non‑recurring tasks and cut‑in activities.
  • Maintain ERP system accuracy for resources and orders.
  • Mitigate risks and determine optimal cut‑in points.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.

Desired Skills

Experience leading and developing talent

Experience leading engineering change board, production status reviews, and corrective action board

Experience with missile systems and sub-systems

Experience with SAP

Direct production floor experience in a role that successfully implemented changes
