Primary Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of technical initiatives across infrastructure, cloud, and platform programs, ensuring milestones are met and outcomes align to enterprise standards
- Drive execution across cross‑functional teams, coordinating delivery leads, SMEs, and dependency owners
- Manage delivery risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies; proactively escalate and resolve blockers
- Own dependency validation and tracking across AE DC workstreams
- Partner with delivery teams to resolve execution issues using standardized issue management and escalation processes
- Ensure dependencies are clearly documented, validated with SMEs, and aligned to downstream roadmap
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise updates for leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation plans
- Utilize AI during meetings to capture decisions, action items, and risks, translating outputs into actionable next steps and updates for stakeholders
- Partner with workstream leads and SMEs to use AI‑generated insights to support data‑driven decision‑making and prioritization
- Use AI to generate, refine, and maintain delivery artifacts, including status reports, program plans, timelines, and dependency mappings
- Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of experience in technical project or program management
- 3+ years of proven experience delivering complex, cross‑functional technology initiatives
- 3+ years of experience managing multi projects simultaneously
- 2+ years of experience with dependency management, risk management, and delivery governance
- 1+ years of experience working across infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise technology environments
- Demonstrated ability to:
- Use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot or equivalent) to support technical project planning, architectural discussions, dependency mapping, and delivery execution
- Apply AI to synthesize inputs from logs, monitoring outputs, metrics, and project data to anticipate delivery risks, capacity constraints, and sequencing issues
- Critically review and validate AI-generated technical content to ensure correctness, feasibility, and alignment with engineering and security standards
- Partners with engineering, infrastructure, security, and operations teams to responsibly integrate AI into delivery workflows and technical decision-making
- Proven use of AI to accelerate creation and maintenance of technical artifacts such as project plans, RAID logs, migration checklists, runbooks, change documents, and post‑implementation reviews.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and executive stakeholders
- PMP or equivalent certification
- Experience supporting AE integrations, data center exits, or large‑scale infrastructure programs
- Demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance delivery execution and reporting
