The Human Resources team at Holland Home in Grand Rapids is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team of professionals as a per diem, after-hours Scheduler.

As The Per Diem, After Hours Scheduler, You Will

• Assist with after-hours weekday, weekend, and holiday coverage; schedule includes:
• One weekend per month
• Three holidays per year
• Monitor schedules to ensure adequate staffing for units
• Fill call-ins and open shifts as needed
• Document information into UKG Workforce Dimensions

What We're Looking For

Our top candidates for this opportunity will have

• Prior experience in scheduling and/or general office experience
• Strong computer skills are also necessary to be successful in this role
• This busy position must be able to multi-task and manage through workflow interruptions
• We seek candidates with the ability to manage confidential issues with professional discretion and those who have a passion for our faith-based mission and the desire to commit to excellence in their work and customer service
