Responsibility
- Responsible for the overall purchasing & logistics activity-based costing ; Negotiation about cost with vendor in local and oversea.
- Creative to searching new products such as marketing and innovation items.
- Manage all purchasing activities including search for new sources and improved current vendors, vendor profile management in SAP system.
- Conduct Supplier relationship including customer’s needs.
- Responsible for supplier management like database, vendor profile and approved vendor list.
- Assist as needed with import/ export shipments and coordinate with truck line, warehouses and suppliers.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration (Marketing,Management,International Business) or related fields.
- At least 3-5 years of purchasing experience.
- Good command and communication in written and spoken English or Chinese.
- Used to live or work in China will be special consideration.
- Computer Proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and other programs of database management are preferable.
- Good negotiation, proposal management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Can working under pressure.
- Willing to learn new things.
