Position Overview


We are seeking an experienced, values-aligned Vice President of Operations and Revenue to oversee and elevate operations across all Ethos MedSpa locations. This executive leader will help drive operational excellence, revenue growth, team performance, exceptional patient experiences, strategic growth initiatives, and continued expansion across the organization.


This executive leader will play a critical role in supporting Ethos MedSpa’s continued expansion into new markets while maintaining operational excellence and strong financial performance across all locations.

The Vice President of Operations and Revenue will work closely with ownership and senior leadership to ensure all locations operate efficiently, profitably, and in alignment with the ETHOS culture and vision.


Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive operational leadership and strategic direction across all clinics.

• Ensure daily operations fully reflect the ETHOS culture and uphold company standards.

• Lead, mentor, and support managers and multi-location teams to achieve operational and financial goals.

• Develop, refine, and implement SOPs to ensure consistency, efficiency, scalability, and quality.

• Oversee staffing models, recruitment alignment, workforce planning, and leadership development across markets.

• Ensure adherence to medical compliance, patient safety protocols, and industry best practices.

• Manage KPIs, P&L performance, operational metrics, forecasting, and growth strategies with executive leadership.

• Drive operational initiatives focused on increasing revenue, profitability, retention, patient lifetime value, and operational efficiency.

• Partner with leadership on sales performance, pricing strategy, provider productivity, membership growth, and patient conversion initiatives.

• Support expansion initiatives, including new locations, new service lines, and provider onboarding.

• Oversee inventory management, purchasing, vendor relationships, and cost controls.

• Collaborate closely with clinical, marketing, finance, and patient experience leadership teams.

• Foster an environment of accountability, communication, respect, and continuous improvement.

• Help build and strengthen a scalable operational infrastructure to support continued multi-state growth.


Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of senior operations leadership experience within a medical spa, dermatology practice, plastic surgery office, or luxury healthcare organization.

• Multi-location management experience is required.

• Proven experience scaling organizations, improving operational performance, and driving revenue growth.

• Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate, mentor, and unify teams.

• Deep understanding of medical aesthetics services, compliance, and operational workflows.

• Experience with EMR systems, scheduling platforms, and operational reporting tools.

• Strong financial and business acumen with experience managing KPIs, budgets, forecasting, and profitability.

• Exceptional communication skills and clear alignment with ETHOS values.

• Highly organized, proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting rapid growth, multi-state expansion, and scaling operations across multiple locations.

• Proven track record of driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and profitability within a medical spa, aesthetic, dermatology, or healthcare organization.

• Experience leading sales initiatives, improving conversion metrics, and optimizing patient retention strategies.

• Training, quality assurance, or process development background.

• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, KPI management, and performance analysis experience.

• Experience helping scale luxury service-based healthcare or aesthetic brands.
