Operator + Brand Coordinator - DAY Apparel 6-month probation with performance-based conversion to full-time role

The Role
You'll work directly alongside the founder across operations, brand execution, and day-to-day coordination. This is a high-responsibility, fast-paced position - not a desk job. If you thrive in environments where no two days look the same, this is for you.
What You'll Be Doing
Founder & Executive Support - manage scheduling, priorities, and communications; handle personal and business coordination; stay two steps ahead
Operations & Supplier Coordination - liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, designers, and marketing teams; track production timelines and deliverables; support graphic design and web development workflows
Brand Execution - assist with campaign planning and rollout; coordinate photoshoots, fittings, and influencer activity; maintain brand consistency across all platforms
Admin & Systems - organise documents, workflows, and reporting; streamline processes for efficiency; manage basic finance tracking including expenses and invoices
Who We're Looking For
Must-haves: highly organised and detail-oriented, able to handle pressure and make fast decisions, proactive (you don't wait to be told), strong communicator, loyal and long-term in mindset
Nice to have: background in fitness, fashion, or branding; experience in startups or high-growth environments; exposure to social media or marketing
Compensation
Starting from SGD 4,500 per month, commensurate with experience. Performance bonus upon conversion to full-time.
