Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Project Coordinator to support the coordination and execution of marketing initiatives across client accounts. This role ensures marketing campaigns, social media posts, print collateral, website projects, trade shows and campaign assets are properly coordinated, reviewed, and delivered on schedule. The position works closely with strategy, creative, marketing, and digital teams to ensure assets are accurate, timelines are maintained, and campaigns are executed smoothly. As part of a HubSpot Gold Partner agency, this role will also support the review and quality assurance of email campaigns within HubSpot, serving as an additional set of eyes to ensure campaigns are accurate before deployment. This position does not build workflows or automation but focuses on campaign review, coordination and reporting.

Required Skills & Experience
2–4 years experience in marketing coordination, project management, and campaign management. - Experience coordinating email marketing campaigns and LinkedIn publishing. - Strong organizational and project coordination skills. - Exceptional attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. - Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Preferred Experience
Experience working within digital marketing, branding, or creative agencies. - Familiarity with HubSpot environments. - Experience coordinating campaigns across online and offline channels. - Experience coordinating with paid media vendors or digital advertising teams. - Experience supporting B2B marketing or sales enablement initiatives.
