Location: Miami, FL (onsite 5X per week)

In this role, you will work across multiple engineering and development teams to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of web and mobile products in the eCommerce, retail, and logistics/supply chain domains. Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Roadmap Development:

• Define, prioritize, and execute product roadmaps that align with business objectives and user needs in eCommerce, retail, and logistics/supply chain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Use market insights, customer feedback, and analytics to continuously refine and iterate on product direction.

Product Development Lifecycle:

• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring smooth coordination across teams.
• Write clear and actionable user stories, define product features, and manage product backlogs.
• Lead sprint planning, product reviews, and retrospective sessions.

eCommerce & Mobile Product Management:

• Lead the development of web and mobile products, optimizing the user experience and performance across platforms.
• Analyze data and market trends to drive product decisions related to user engagement, conversion, and retention.

Domain Expertise:

• Strong experience in eCommerce, retail, and/or logistics/supply chain products.
• Understanding of market dynamics and customer behaviors within these industries.

Website & Mobile Product Management:

• Experience developing, launching, and optimizing websites and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with mobile-first design, responsive design principles, and the latest trends in digital product development.

Qualifications:

• Proven Product Management Experience:
• At least 5-7 years of experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of managing products in organizations with 100+ employees.
• Experience working with multiple engineering and development teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Experience with agile product management methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Knowledge of UX/UI best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
