WE ARE HIRING:
Influencer Marketing Manager (Tourism)
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, digital marketing, or agency environments
- Advanced English
- Proven experience leading accounts and teams
- Strong experience in:
- Influencer Marketing strategies (IM)
- Talent management (influencers and content creators)
- Strategic communication and brand positioning
- Experience managing consumer clients (ideally tourism, travel, or lifestyle)
- Experience developing 360 strategies focused on IM
- Strong relationships with influencers, content creators, and talent agencies
- Experience handling crisis situations related to influencers or campaigns (preferred)
- Knowledge in:
- Strategic content development with creators
- Influencer negotiation and contracting
- Monitoring and reporting of IM campaigns
- Agency experience (highly preferred)
- Lead the overall Influencer Marketing strategy across multiple accounts, with a focus on tourism
- Develop campaign plans with creators aligned with client objectives
- Oversee and ensure proper execution of influencer campaigns
- Manage relationships with:
- Clients
- Influencers and content creators
- Talent agencies
- Define content guidelines, tone of voice, and brand alignment
- Review and approve campaign materials:
- Influencer briefs
- Content guidelines
- Deliverables and posts
- Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns:
- Talent sourcing and selection
- Negotiation and contracting
- Deliverables tracking
- Content validation
- Monitor campaign performance (engagement, reach, conversions)
- Analyze results and develop reports with strategic insights
- Present results, learnings, and proposals to clients
- Lead and develop team members (executives, trainees)
- Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, paid media) to deliver integrated campaigns
- Identify opportunities for collaborations, trends, and account growth
- Manage sensitive situations related to influencers or brand reputation
