Key Responsibilities:
- Client Inquiries: Address client questions, concerns, and policy inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Account Manager Support: Assist Account Managers with day-to-day tasks, including documentation, renewals, and client service.
- Marketing & Quotes: Obtain quotes from carriers using online rating systems and prepare proposals for clients.
- Billing & Invoicing: Process billing, manage invoices, and ensure clients receive accurate financial information.
- Finance Agreements: Assist with preparing and managing finance agreements for clients.
- Proposal Preparation: Work with the marketing team to prepare and send proposals to clients, ensuring all details are accurate.
- 1-3+ years of experience in property & casualty insurance or related field.
- 2-20 Property & Casualty - General Lines License
- Strong knowledge of insurance rating systems and online quote tools.
- Experience with billing, invoicing, and finance agreements.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
