Who We Want
We’re looking for a hands-on, execution-obsessed Marketing Operations & Content Lead who thrives in a fast-moving environment. You’re a true player-coach, someone who leads by doing and excels at balancing direct contribution with broader team results. You love improving systems, removing bottlenecks, and seeing content and campaigns launched quickly. You are highly organised, commercially minded, and comfortable wearing multiple hats while consistently delivering high-volume output.
What You’ll Do
- Own day-to-day marketing operations and workflow across the team.
- Coordinate and drive workload between design, web, content, and performance marketing.
- Film and produce product, workshop, customer, and campaign content.
- Plan and execute EDM and SMS campaigns, including copywriting and promotional calendars.
- Manage social media content production, repurposing, and consistent organic posting.
- Brief designers and web support, ensuring the Head of Performance receives strong creative assets.
- Run weekly planning meetings, track deliverables, and relentlessly improve speed and quality.
- Support product launches, landing pages, and full-funnel campaign execution.
What You Bring
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on marketing experience.
- Strong commercial mindset - you understand how marketing directly drives revenue.
- Broad understanding of marketing channels, with proven experience in:
- Content production
- EDM and SMS campaigns
- Organic social media
- Copywriting
- Marketing operations and coordination
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to lead workflows while still delivering hands-on work.
- Experience in fast-paced, dynamic businesses (preferred).
