About The Role
This is a full-time Digital Marketing Manager role leading digital marketing for Sansoni Management.
With a focus on customer acquisition, conversion, reactivation, and retention, this role is critical in driving sustainable growth and increasing customer lifetime value.
What You’ll Do (The Execution)
- Manage and execute digital marketing for Paid Search, Paid Social, Display and SEO.
- Oversee campaign execution to deliver measurable results and revenue growth.
- Translate business objectives and commercial targets into clear digital plans across the full funnel.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver targeted, performance-driven campaigns that support loyalty and engagement goals.
- Use customer data, segmentation, and personalized messaging for stronger campaign performance.
- Drive continuous improvement through testing, insights, and analytics to inform decision-making and scale performance marketing efforts.

- Extensive digital marketing experience, with deep expertise in full-funnel strategy and multi-channel campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and performance.
- Experience working in a marketing agency running multiple ad accounts
- Experience working with major publishers like Meta, Tiktok and Google to plan and execute effective campaign.
- Track, analyze, and report on KPIs for discovery and engagement campaigns, with a focus on reach, impressions, engagement and conversions.
- Proficient in marketing technology tools, including analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics, as well as customer data platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data, extract actionable insights, and inform channel optimization and decision-making.
- Apply a data-driven mindset, leveraging A/B testing and optimization techniques to improve campaign performance and foster customer loyalty.

- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.
