As a Marketing Manager at ANZUK Education, you won’t just run campaigns, you’ll drive how our brand shows up across our Australian and New Zealand markets.

Working across both sides of our business. Connecting schools and early learning centres with educators, teaching assistants and leaders, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our marketing drives real, measurable impact.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering high-quality marketing across Australia and New Zealand, while helping evolve the function as it transitions to a more globally connected and diversified operating model.

We’re a global education recruitment business, connecting schools and early learning centres with the educators, teaching assistants and leaders who support them, working across both sides to create the right match, every time.

You’ll lead a team of three and partner closely with global marketing specialists to ensure campaigns are executed effectively, aligned locally, and deliver real commercial impact.

In this role, you will:

• Own the delivery of marketing activity across Australia and New Zealand
• Lead and develop a team of 3, creating structure, rhythm and accountability
• Translate global campaigns into locally relevant, high-performing activity
• Partner with ANZ business leaders to align marketing with commercial priorities
• Drive lead generation, engagement and brand presence across key channels
• Monitor performance and continuously improve campaign effectiveness

• You’re confident managing people and creating structure within a team
