We’re exclusively partnered with a leading digital agency operating within the luxury space, currently looking to appoint a Social Account Manager to join their growing team in London.

This is a brilliant opportunity to work across a portfolio of premium and luxury brands spanning fashion, beauty, lifestyle, hospitality and real estate—delivering thoughtful, high-impact social strategies that truly resonate with a discerning audience.

The Opportunity

As Social Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of multiple client accounts—acting as the key point of contact and ensuring every social presence is strategically aligned, visually elevated, and commercially effective.

You’ll collaborate closely with creative and content teams, bringing campaigns to life while driving performance and community growth across platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing day-to-day client relationships, ensuring a seamless and high-touch experience
  • Overseeing social media accounts across a portfolio of luxury clients
  • Creating monthly content strategies and calendars tailored to each brand
  • Collaborating with content teams on shoots and campaign direction
  • Writing and overseeing captions and copy in line with brand tone of voice
  • Scheduling, posting, and optimising content across platforms
  • Managing DMs, comments, and community engagement
  • Monitoring performance and delivering clear, insight-led reports
  • Staying ahead of social trends, platform updates, and cultural moments
  • Bringing fresh ideas and creative thinking to every account

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a similar role (agency experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the luxury landscape and social-first storytelling
  • Deep knowledge of platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat, Facebook & WhatsApp
  • Confident with analytics, reporting tools, and performance metrics
  • A natural communicator—client-facing and collaborative
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
  • Proactive, curious, and always looking to elevate what’s possible
