We're looking for someone to lead and build a new division of a Health & Wellness/ Aesthetics organization from the ground up. This is a hands-on role where you will personally drive sales early, while hiring, coaching, and scaling a high-performing team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive direct B2B sales: close MedSpa, derm, and plastics accounts
  • Build pipeline and own key client relationships
  • Create and scale a sales playbook + CRM processes
  • Hire, train, and manage the sales team
  • Own revenue strategy, forecasting, and KPIs
  • Support product launches, KOL engagement, and market expansion


Requirements

  • 6+ years in aesthetics / MedSpa / derm sales (U.S.)
  • Proven closer + builder (not just account manager)
  • Experience building or scaling a sales team/function
  • Strong network across MedSpas, dermatologists, plastic surgeons
  • Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management


Nice to Have

  • KOL network in aesthetics
  • Experience launching skincare / injectables
  • Startup or early-stage growth experience
